Who are we?

I'm Benjamin, a pop culture enthusiast with a particular passion for everything related to Japan.

Since my childhood, I have been in love with Japanese culture, fascinated by its traditions, its gastronomy, and of course, its many artistic expressions. It all started with Pokémon, which opened the door to an infinite world of discoveries for me.

After pursuing studies in marketing, I realized that my true passion lay in merging my profession with my personal interests. That is how the idea for Susume was born—a space where I can share my passion for Japanese pop culture with other enthusiasts.

On December 9, 2023, I made this dream a reality by opening the doors to my first physical shop in Marcinelle.

Located at 25 Rue de l'Ange in Marcinelle, our Susume store is easily accessible thanks to the numerous public transport options nearby, as well as the 4 parking spaces reserved for the store!
You can also access the Grand'Place parking lot located on the same street, 100m from the store, which is free for a 4-hour period and after 5 PM on weekdays, and free on weekends.
